The Málaga Automobile and Fashion Museum: Haute couture dresses amidst Rolls-Royces.

In Málaga, inside a former royal tobacco factory, visitors come to admire Bugattis, Bentleys, Ferraris, and even Rolls-Royces. Yet, it is not just the cars that catch the eye.
Nestled between two vintage automobiles is a haute couture gown.

Then another.

And another one.

Across the thirteen exhibition spaces, silhouettes engage in a dialogue with car bodies. The curves of a 1950s car find an echo in the volumes of a cocktail dress. Further on, a futuristic creation accompanies the innovations of the 1960s.

Creations by Dior, Chanel, Balenciaga, Yves Saint Laurent, Givenchy, Schiaparelli, Pierre Cardin, and Paco Rabanne stand alongside automobiles that have also become design icons. Together, they bear witness to the evolution of styles and craftsmanship over the decades. The result is a rare showcase where haute couture and engineering engage in a dialogue—complete with a touch of whimsy!

The museum’s founder, João Magalhães, was one of the collectors who placed their trust in us over the years. A visionary driven by passion, he envisioned a unique space to bring together his two loves: automobiles and fashion. Several pieces acquired from our shop have found a home in this exceptional collection.
