Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is systematically subject to the owners&#8217; authorization. Any unauthorized use of the site or its content would constitute an act of infringement.  \n\nBy &#8220;buyer,&#8221; we mean any individual who is not acting for professional purposes or in connection with business activity.\n\nAny order implies the buyer&#8217;s full acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale and, where applicable, of the specific conditions applied to one or more products. That Little Pink Shop reserves the right to modify its terms of sale at any time and without prior notice. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the buyer&#8217;s order. The modifications will apply to all orders placed after these modifications.   \n\nIn accordance with the provisions of articles 1369-1 et seq. of the Civil Code, the general terms and conditions of sale are made available in a manner that allows for their retention and reproduction. The buyer can print them or read them online. \n<h2>2 ORDER &#038; PRODUCT AVAILABILITY<\/h2>\nThe contract is concluded when That Little Pink Shop receives your order form electronically and once the accuracy of the order data has been verified.\n\nOnce the contract is concluded, That Little Pink Shop will process your order and send you an order receipt by email.\n\nThe customer follows the process below: &#8211; Cart validation &#8211; Choice of payment method\n\nPayment: Credit Card or PayPal\n\nOur products are, by definition, unique and remain available as long as they are visible on the site. In cases where multiple customers are interested in the same item, the first one to validate their cart acquires it. It then becomes &#8220;unavailable&#8221; for others. In the event of an exceptional stock management malfunction and product unavailability after the buyer&#8217;s order has been placed, That Little Pink Shop will notify the customer by email of a partial delivery or the cancellation of their order. If the buyer&#8217;s bank account has been debited, That Little Pink Shop will initiate an immediate refund procedure. The customer&#8217;s account will be credited again.\n\nAs vintage items are pre-owned, they are unique. Each item comes with a description prepared by That Little Pink Shop. The photographs in the catalog are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect match with the actual product, particularly regarding colors. Despite all the care taken in selecting items, we cannot avoid some wear and tear due to age (minor holes, stains, discoloration, etc.).\n\nThese subtle alterations are an integral part of the item&#8217;s history and charm. Accessories shown in the images (bags, shoes, jewelry, belts, or other accessories) are not included with the product and are for illustrative purposes only. \n\nThat Little Pink Shop strives to combat counterfeiting and the sale of any prohibited products. However, if, despite our product authentication and certification process, the buyer acquires a counterfeit or prohibited product, That Little Pink Shop commits to refunding the customer and removing the product concerned. \n<h2>3 PRICE<\/h2>\nThe prices of items for sale are expressed in euros.\n\nThe price indicated on the product pages does not include shipping. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer if the purchase amount is less than 200\u20ac; otherwise, shipping, packaging, and logistics costs are free. The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, including all taxes.  \n\nThat Little Pink Shop reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the prices indicated at the time of your order, subject to availability on that date.\n<h2>4 PAYMENT METHODS<\/h2>\nThe price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by That Little Pink Shop. The price of the products is payable in full on the day the order is placed. Payments can be made via credit card or PayPal. Orders can also be paid for during in-person pickup at our physical shop at March\u00e9 Serpette (110 rue des rosiers 93400).\n\nIn all cases, the buyer will be debited within one week following order validation.\n\nIn case of late payment, we reserve the right to cancel the order within 8 days after the order date, and the item will be automatically put back on sale. Transaction tracking is recorded by That Little Pink Shop. Upon payment validation by That Little Pink Shop, the order becomes effective. In case of bank refusal, That Little Pink Shop will automatically cancel the current order.\n\nThat Little Pink Shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding payment for a previous order. Retention of Title Clause \n\nIn accordance with the provisions of the law of May 12, 1980, ordered products remain the property of www.that-little-pink-shop.fr until full payment of their price by the customer. In the event of the customer&#8217;s failure to fulfill their obligations, whatever the cause, That Little Pink Shop will be entitled to demand the immediate return of the products at the customer&#8217;s expense and risk. \n\nThe photos and all texts present on the www.that-little-pink-shop.fr website are the property of MADAME PATRICIA ATTWOOD and may not be used without prior authorization, under penalty of prosecution.\n<h2>5 DELIVERY METHODS<\/h2>\nAfter order confirmation, products will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the Buyer on their order form, within a maximum of 72 working hours. We strive to ensure delivery within 21 days. In case of difficulties, we commit to keeping you informed. Deliveries are made throughout France and internationally.   \n\nThat Little Pink Shop uses La Poste services for shipments within France via Colissimo (delivery against recipient&#8217;s signature). Parcels handled by La Poste allow for delivery tracking. \n\nUpon receipt of the package, it is the recipient&#8217;s responsibility to check the product&#8217;s conformity and to note any damage due to the carrier on the delivery slip. You have 48 hours to make any reservations with the carrier in case of damage. \n\nIn the event of proven damage, the buyer must file a claim by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within seven days of receiving the package. The claim should be sent to the following address: Ms. Patricia Attwood, 8 square alboni, 75016 Paris, France. The product must be returned via tracked Colissimo in its original condition to the Seller within the same timeframe; otherwise, the claim cannot be accepted.  \n\nReturn costs are borne by the Buyer. The buyer must then attach proof of shipping costs to the package. \n\nThat Little Pink Shop declines all responsibility for failure to meet delivery deadlines due to unforeseen or insurmountable circumstances on the part of the carrier (including in the event of loss of products or strike).\n<h2>6 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/h2>\nThe product cannot be returned by the Buyer. The Buyer may cancel their order within a maximum of 1 day after placing the order, if delivery has not yet been made. Once the delivery process has been initiated, the product cannot be returned by the Buyer.  \n<h2>7 WARRANTIES<\/h2>\nThe products offered by That Little Pink Shop are second-hand items. They are described in detail, and their condition is evaluated according to the following criteria: \n\nExcellent condition: The item has been worn very little and has no noticeable flaws.\nVery good condition: The item shows normal signs of use and remains in very good condition.\nGood condition: The item shows undeniable signs of use and may have minor flaws, but the garment is still perfectly wearable.\n\nItems sold on the That Little Pink Shop website are carefully inspected.<br\/>We systematically discard torn or stained clothing. Any noted restorations are indicated. \n\nDespite the care taken, a small defect such as a stretched seam, loose or missing stitches may escape our notice&#8230;\n\nCharacteristics of the goods and services offered: the images and colors of the products for sale on www.that-little-pink-shop.fr may not correspond to the actual colors due to the internet browser and screen used.\n\nCare &#038; Cleaning: Some old fabrics are delicate and must be handled with great care. We advise against using washing machines and associated drying systems for the care of vintage clothing in general. \n\nWe recommend consulting a specialist dry cleaner.\n<h2>8 DATA PROTECTION AND FREEDOMS<\/h2>\nIn application of the law of 11\/03\/1957 [art. 41] and the intellectual property code of 01\/07\/1992, any partial or total reproduction of the information contained on this site is strictly prohibited.
